Student Code of Conduct
At Marian High School (NTI Career Institute), students are expected to demonstrate respect, responsibility, and integrity in all areas of school life. The Student Code of Conduct establishes clear standards for behavior that promote a safe, positive, and productive learning environment.
Students are required to:
- Treat all members of the school community with courtesy and respect.- Follow all school rules, policies, and lawful instructions from staff.- Use technology, property, and learning materials responsibly.- Attend classes regularly, arrive on time, and actively participate in learning.- Maintain honesty and academic integrity in all coursework and assessments.
Behavior that disrupts learning, endangers others, or violates school policy may result in disciplinary action consistent with the school’s Behavior Management Plan.
At Marian High School, discipline is viewed not only as correction but as an opportunity for growth, self-control, and character development—helping every student become a respectful, responsible, and contributing member of the school community.
